This post is fixed term for 12 months

What will you do?

The overall purpose of the role is the delivery of a high quality service to Pobl in delivering quality, well maintained homes that are energy efficient and where customers want to live. You will focus on asset management, stock condition, WHQS compliance, major works, option appraisal, energy efficiency and planned programmes, and will work closely with other colleagues in the team to ensure property compliance. You will also assist with procurement and manage specific projects.

We are looking for someone with a good technical knowledge who can work strategically and make informed decisions based on data and business intelligence. You will need good communication and customer care skills and be able to work well as part of a team or on your own initiative. You will frequently have competing priorities and so you will need to be able to prioritise work and plan accordingly. You’ll need a full driving license and use of a car for work.
