The Supported Living team in Monmouthshire strives to make a real difference to people’s lives by putting people first and shaping our service to each and every individual. We have loads of experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and ‘challenging behaviour’.

This vacancy is 25 hours per week. *Female applicants only.

How can I make a difference?

You'll be given the opportunity to work with adults who have complex health needs such as autism and epilepsy and work with some behaviours that challenge.

You will provide support with daily life skills, personal care, independent skills, and social skills and promote equality and diversity.

You’ll inspire clients to live a full and active life; attending day centres and evening activities such as bowling, swimming, and the cinema.

Who are we looking for?

You'll have good written and verbal communication skills as you will be responsible for developing individual support plans and risk assessments.
