Key Responsibilities

  • Generate landlord leads through marketing activities
  • Dealing with enquiries from applicants on a daily basis including walk ins, telephone and email queries when and where necessary.
  • Monitor and improve the quality and quantity of incoming tenant leads ensuring full details taken and logged
  • Answer all calls to a high standard of service and ensure all emails are handled professionally
  • Qualify all leads received by phone or email ensuring they are handled by the relevant department
  • Provide feedback and updates to customers as required
  • Work with all departments to ensure the smooth handling of all queries
  • Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire future business opportunities.
  • Oversee and contribute to any marketing ideas/campaigns
  • Provide support to ensure all details are updated on the website/window display with current properties and any new instructions must be advertised promptly and effectively
  • Promote additional services to existing clients and customers
  • Support the property manager when required dependant on the business needs.
  • Work together with local offices and other stakeholders to ensure smooth management of the portfolio
  • Ensure feedback and communication is of a high standard, verbal or written
  • Support audit requirements when required.
  • Any other duties detailed by management dependant on business needs


To provide a central point for customers (existing or new business) to contact ensuring professional handling and direction is provided. To handle all leads through phone email and software led data ensuring they are handled and screened to maximise opportunities. You are expected to prioritise the daily activities whilst building relationships with all potential customers and existing customers.To support the companies ambition to build upon the lettings side of the business. Meet and exceed all targets as required.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer service experience within an office handling telephone and email communication
  • Experience within the lettings industry desirable
  • Holds a Rent Smart Wales licence- not essential but will be required to obtain
  • Knowledge of certain databases/systems are advantageous, such as JUPIX and Google Drive.
  • Experience of managing or reaching targets set


  • Basic salary £16,500 with £18,000 OTE.
