The role will be varied and involve working with vulnerable young people in their homes or temporary accommodation to prevent homelessness and develop skills needed to maintain their tenancies, change negative behaviour, maintain their health and wellbeing, progress to independent living and make appropriate decisions.

This is a temporary position until January 2019.

This position is for 19 hours per week.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.

Who are we looking for?

To be a great Support Worker, you don’t always need previous experience or qualifications. A good understanding of housing related support and welfare benefits or awareness of issues faced by people at risk of homelessness would be extremely useful in the role.
