Being a Relief Staff member, you are under no obligation to accept the hours offered to you, however we value commitment and reliability. Your manager will offer shifts in your preferred location with as much notice as possible but you might be contacted on an ad-hoc basis when shift cover is needed. As such, the hours may not be guaranteed.

To suit this role to you as much as we can, your availability will be discussed at the interview stage. We do require people who are able to cover a variety of shifts including wake in night shifts, weekends and bank holidays in the Blaenau Gwent area.
