A support Services Co-Ordinator provides the rostering function which matches staff schedules, to the needs and preferences of the people we support. It can also monitor visits in real time and maintains the information held within the systems so it’s accurate and up-to-date.

How can I make a difference?

To respond to the shift requirements/needs of the people reach supports using a person centred approach.

Manage rota’s both pro-actively and re-actively, ensuring the highest quality of service planning, whilst maximising the quality of delivery and most cost effective deployment of resources.

To liaise with people we support, staff and management.

Maintain real time system information and integrity.

Maximise resource deployment.

Analyse data and report on performance/delivery.

Who are we looking for?

Knowledge of rostering systems and able to deliver quality services in a time critical environment to meet the people supported needs by deploying resources effectively whilst considering the financial implications on the business.

With experience of communicating with a range of people over the phone in a Customer care / services environment to effectively and effectually deploy staff to meet schedules and peoples changing needs.

Experienced in managing conflicting demands, viewpoints and gain resolution while delivering the highest level of customer service

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
