Support Work Assistant
Bridgend and RCT
£8.71

We are looking for a Support Work Assistant who is seeking a rewarding job to aid in the provision of a full range of support services to older persons with support needs.

This role will be based in the Bridgend area, so use of a car is essential.

This is a fixed term contract up until December 2019 working 10 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team to support the people moving into and living in two Extra Care facilities, ensure service users are supported in a manner which enables them to feel confident and live as independently as possible and ensure that all services are carried out in accordance with Hafod Care’s policies and procedures. However full training and support is provided with this role.

Where You’ll Be Working

This post will be covering Bridgend and you must have a full and valid driving licence and use of a vehicle. Hafod Care provides accommodation and housing-related support for a wide range of people with varying levels of support needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the specialist help and support they need. Many of the people we house and support find it difficult to maintain a tenancy independently. We are well equipped to offer the help and support people need in order to maximise their independence.
