We have recently restructured our HR team to ensure that we can fully support our operating companies to deliver fantastic outcomes for their customers and the people they support.

This role is 37 hours per week and a permanent contract. You have the option to be based in either Newport or Swansea.

What will you do?

The HR Business Partner will work as a true business partner with the group, to ensure that our people management approach ties in with the overall direction of the Organisation. This wide ranging role covers the spectrum of human resources operations and is an integral part of the wider HR team.

There will be opportunities to lead projects and play an active role in developing high performance as we strive to ensure that innovative approaches to managing people are at the forefront of everything we do within the Pobl Group.

Who are we looking for? (for more detail see Role Profile):

* Appropriate experience of working within HR Department in a Business Partner capacity
* CIPD Level 5 minimum (Desirable)
* Up to date knowledge of legislative frameworks, regulatory requirements and key issues relevant to the post.
* Knowledge of CIPD framework and best practice in all HR areas.
* An excellent understanding of employment law and drafting appropriate documents/correspondence to support the HR process. Experience of improving performance and attendance through the use of performance management tools and techniques
* Experience of HR Leadership and management.
* Experience of managing complex HR processes (e.g. restructuring, redundancies, grievances, disciplinary, TUPE transfers etc.)
* Experience of all aspects of HR service delivery.
* Experience of coaching line mangers in all aspects of people management.
* Experience of training and coaching managers to implement change and people management processes.
* Experience of using HR Software
