We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our busy, fast paced HR function to cover a period of maternity leave.

The role offers a salary of £36,884 - £38,226 per year, working a 36 hour week, with the option to work a 9 day fortnight.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be joining the team at a time of change where you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the organisation.

We’re looking for a Business Partner who will build strong coaching relationships with managers, utilise their extensive knowledge to provide advice on a range of issues, and create, develop and roll out fit for purpose solutions with our strategic plan in mind.

You will work directly with the Senior Management team as well as internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships and make a leading contribution across a range of operational HR activities and projects. You will be supported by our Talent and Leadership, Resourcing and HR Admin teams and will be responsible for the development and workload of your HR Advisor.

Based at Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff, you would be expected to travel across our sites throughout South Wales providing timely, accurate advice on the full range of HR issues which arise.
