We are looking for a Support Worker who is seeking a rewarding job providing housing related support for tenants and residents who have mental health issues and a variety of other support needs as appropriate to the service.  The ideal candidate will have a sound working knowledge of the benefits and housing system and experience in working with people who have mental health issues. However full training and support is provided with this role. This role will be based in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area, so use of a car is essential. This is a permanent role working 13 hours per week.

Where You’ll Be Working

Hafod Care provides accommodation and housing-related support for a wide range of people with varying levels of support needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the specialist help and support they need. Many of the people we house and support find it difficult to maintain a tenancy independently. We are well equipped to offer the help and support people need in order to maximise their independence. Our services are delivered in supported accommodation as well as through a floating support service visiting people in their own homes.
