Development responsibility of the trim assembly.
When compiling the required documents and drawings, the applicable standards, legal regulations and customer requirements according to the state of the art technologies must be taken into account.
Manufacturing-specific conditions and their quality objectives must be observed
Depending on the degree of maturity and the release status, the documents produced must be distributed according to the drawing- initial issue / component assessment guideline.
Catia and Product development experience is essential as are strong people management skills
Project Management
Module responsibility with regular customer contact, planning and management tasks
- Implementation of the technical correspondence.
- Define tasks, identify problems, analyse and solve problems- develop proposals; internal/external clarification of the realisation possibilities with support of practical implementation in the series.
- Coordinate /agree on the activities of the assembly teams with specialist departments, project managers and customers.
Support for the team members in technical and CATIA-specific questions
Professional control of the work results of the assembly teams with regards to meeting the deadlines, costs and quality goals.
Responsible in the project team as assembly responsible for construction
Development of concepts according to the specifications or co-designing the specifications sheet.
Inducing technical decisions in the context of development work
Assigning and supervising CAD design orders to external service providers in
Create, control and release of design documents for submission and approval by the customer.
Check and approval of data and drawings of the responsible assemblies
Concept studies/specifications sheets/ specifications
Drafts
3D models for prototype, pre-series and series production
ZB and item drawings n. plant or customer standards
Active participation in change management as well as in FMEA's
Creation and maintenance of correct data models and self-responsible

Engineering degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent) in relevant discipline
Project Management Experience
Customer focused / orientated with experience dealing with customers and suppliers
Several years’ experience in CATIA application
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and innovative
Effective and professional verbal and written skills
Good communication skills.
Pro-active team player
Working knowledge of the automotive industry
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
