Our award-winning team in Cardiff are currently looking to recruit a number of Weekend and Evening Support Workers to work within the Adult’s services sector.

Duties for this role may include;

  • Supporting individuals with their daily activities within the service user’s home or within the community
  • Promote independence and encouragement
  • Assisting with prompting and promotion of personal care
  • Completion of individual daily reports as required to meet standard
  • Liaison with family members and significant others including external professionals

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to lone work and utilise your initiative as well as working as part of a small team
  • Passionate about supporting individuals who are more mature in their years
  • flexibility and reliability is essential in order to maintain consistency for the individuals we support
  • Effective in demonstrating good communications skills
  • Active in supporting service users throughout their daily lives
  • Assist in maintaining their spiritual wellbeing
  • Ability to embrace equality and diversity at all times
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • An ability to promote choice and independence
  • available to work every weekend and evenings though out the week/weekend
