What is special about this opportunity?

Swansea Doorways is a domiciliary service offering floating support in the community and in individual’s homes. In the Neath hub there are four 24 hour supported accommodation based services, which provide support for 17 individuals who have a learning disability. We aim to support individuals who have a learning disability, to build, develop and maintain skills to enable independence, manage their tenancies, empower individuals and to promote community inclusion.

These positions have the same responsibility as our contracted staff, however as a relief member of staff, you can select shift patters that match your personal needs.

As well as having a career that fits in with your lifestyle, you will feel the reward of building lasting and trusting relationships with those you support, seeing them maintain their independence. This truly is an exciting opportunity for you to develop both personally and with your career.
