Accounts Assistant /Book keeper
Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper Required to work full time Monday to Friday, 5 hours/day between 09.00am – 5.30pm for a small care home group.
Skills and Experience:
Must have experience in Sage line 50 accounts and use of Excel.
- The ideal candidate will possess General Accounting knowledge with the ability to produce monthly Management Accounts, be capable of credit control and possess problem-solving skills and general office administration.
- Expected to assist with monthly payroll
- A mature approach, good communication skills and an ability to work without supervision is a prerequisite.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team and be capable of carrying out admin functions within a small office.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5.30PM (38 hrs/week)
Must be flexible and prepared to work outside these hours occasionally as needed.
Will be expected to work alone or as part of a small team, based at our head office in Rumney Hill -Newport Road, Cardiff. Work will also involve some office admin and monthly payroll preparation.
