Opportunity for a process manager or process engineer to work with a profitable manufacturing company. The organisation has invested over £150M in South Wales and has recently won several prestigious business awards. As the process manager / process engineer, you will manage the control plan for a complex production process working closely with the senior leadership team. Responsibilities will include: -
* Managing the control plan, including all technical and compliance aspects.
* Supporting the production manager in the overall running of manufacturing.
* Analysing the production process, identifying and implementing improvements.
* Monitoring and reporting of important production KPIs.
* Leading a small team of total quality management analysts.
To successfully apply for the process manager / process engineer you will need
* Experience of working with a continuous production process.
* Ability to analyse production data and use this data to improve process performance.
In return, the process manager / process engineer will receive a salary of up to £40,000, 10% bonus, 5% company pension contribution and 33 days holiday (includes bank hols).
