Do you have what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service for a leading global consumer products company? Smart Solutions are currently seeking passionate individuals ideally with a strong customer service background particularly within a business to business capacity

Our client will provide first class training in Germany

The ideal candidate will cope in a high pressure environment, have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively via multiple avenues.

You will be responsible delivering the best possible service to their customers, both external and internal, in terms of product availability, on time delivery and service experience.

You will be working closely with the planning team, procurement team and the sales team to ensure all orders are placed on time.

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for making sure they receive orders correctly, solving any issues that arise- pricing, availability, timing etc. You will be arranging delivery slots with their customers and coordinating deliveries between the Delivery Company and customer.

Skills & Experience

* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Excellent Computer skills
* Experience with order entry
* Experience with import / export regulations especially for the MEA region
* Use of SAP
* Ideally 2 years B2B experience
