Opportunity for a clinical trial administrator or quality & compliance professional to join a rapidly-growing pharmaceutical company on a part-time basis. The company are renowned for developing high-quality products and are led by an experienced, talented and multi-skilled management team. The company offer great flexibility and require a QA officer / quality officer to work 4 days per week (circa 30 hours) with their small and friendly team in Cardiff.

There will be potential for the role to become full time hours and 5 days per week in the future should the quality officer wish to do so, and you will be joining the company at an exciting time as they prepare to launch their first product with additional products to follow in the coming years both within Europe and the USA.

The QA officer / quality officer will report in to the head of quality and will be responsible for supporting them in quality assurance functions such as auditing, quality management systems (QMS), and standard operating procedures (SOP's). The company are open to applications from experienced QA candidates or clinical trial administrators looking to step in to a quality role.

As the QA officer, your duties will include:

* Maintaining QMS documentation.
* Maintaining SOP documentation.
* Preparing documentation for audits.
* Supporting QC tasks.

To be successful in your application for the QA officer / clinical trial administrator role, you will have the following skills and experience:

* Quality assurance / administration / document control experience within pharma or medical / or experience as a clinical trial administrator.
* Experienced with QMS.
* Knowledge of GxP guidelines and regulations such as GCP, GMP, and GDP.

In return, you will receive a salary of £31,000 (pro rata) + 30 holidays on top of the bank holidays (pro rata).
