Have you got experience in a manufacturing environment?

Would you like to join the production planning team and add real value from the word go?

Enough rhetorical questions, this is a newly created role as a result of contract wins and revenue streams in the business on the up. Everyone wants to know about responsibilities so here is a flavour of the day to day:
- Ensure that all customer orders are delivered on time.
- Provide manufacturing with production plans to meet customer orders.
- Input to and interpretation of data from forecast system.
- Maintain inventory targets and policies.
- Provide input to improve systems and operational activities.
- Ensure that the forecast system is regularly updated.
- Maintain a daily production schedule for finished goods for all production lines.
- Monitor changes in customer demand to enable review of frequency and size of production runs.

Along with progression and a warm team atmosphere, the company are offering up to £28,000 p.a. along with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, competitive pension plan and life assurance.
