Located at our Head Office, Canton, Cardiff

Taff is a not for profit, Community Based Housing Association, located within Cardiff with over 1300 properties we also provide support services to over 450 households in South Wales. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated  individual to carry out the administrative duties within the Development Department.

We are looking for a positive energetic person who is well organised and has experience of using Microsoft Office including Excel and Access. You must be confident in your approach and be able to prioritise your own workload. You will assist other team members in arranging meetings, taking minutes and dealing with members of the public. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders is paramount.

Taff was established in 1975 to purchase and refurbish inner city homes that had fallen into poor condition.

Today it is a successful community based Housing Association with over 1200 homes in the Canton, Fairwater, Grangetown, Riverside and Butetown areas of Cardiff, as well as specialist supported housing projects for young women in Roath and Canton. Our Head Office, Alexandra House, is located in Canton, within easy reach for our Tenants. Taff is one of the best performing Housing Associations in Wales.
