Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Key Stage 4 - Caerphilly

Basic salary: £16,000 rising to £17,500 per annum. Additional Benefits: generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme, contribution to leisure fees and much more. Total Reward package up to £18,500 per annum

We are looking for a positive, caring individual who is keen to support learners who encounter challenging behaviours, under an alternative curriculum provision, within ACT. You will be enthusiastic and patient and will an understanding of behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD).

You will support learners and assist with the administration of ACT Schools Key Stage 4 (age 14-16) provision and provide bespoke support packages to individual learners.

Applicants will have experience of working with challenging and disengaged learners and will hold at least 3 GCSEs or equivalent.
