What is special about this opportunity?

Llys Cyfle is a 24 hour temporary supported housing scheme in Ammanford for 8 young people aged between 16 and 24 years old. The aim of the scheme is to provide support to clients to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

This position is temporary until March 31st 2019 at 32 hours per week.

You will:

* Work with young people to make a difference in their life
* Support young people to develop independent living skills
* Work in partnership with external agencies
* Gain a QCF Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care
* Use your skills and talents to engage with young people
* You will work shift patterns and sleep ins on a rota basis
