During an exciting period of change at Hafod we are looking to recruit two Private Letting/ Welsh Housing Partnership (WHP) Officers on a permanent basis.
You'll be joining a newly established team that will manage the Association’s Private Lettings portfolio and WHP properties. If you have the skills, knowledge and passion to manage and grow a portfolio of properties, then this may be the perfect role for you.
This is a permanent role, working 36 hours per week.

- A 36 hour working week, with the option to work a 9 day fortnight

The ideal candidate will have
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- A proactive ‘can do’ approach
- Experience of managing tenancies
- Experience of building and maintaining positive relationships
- A full driving licence and use of a car
