Hafod is going through an exciting period of change and we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy, fast paced HR function. You'll be joining a team of HR professionals who are passionate about making a difference to the organisation. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of HR project work, along with generalist employee relations case work.

We're looking for a strong relationship builder and influencer who is business savvy and a great team player. Your role will be broad and exciting, involving giving HR advice in line with policies, employee relations, liaising with payroll, recruitment, onboarding, continuous improvement of the procedures and processes related to the HR team.

The hours for the post are 36 hours per week

Our generous benefits package includes

- A Salary of circa £28,770 per year

- A 36 hour working week, with the option to work a 9 day fortnight

- 26 Days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)

The ideal candidate will have experience in

- High volume, varied Employee Relations case work within a dynamic HR Environment

- Proactive HR and change projects which add value to the company

- Proven experience in coaching and up-skilling line management in disciplinary management, performance, grievance and absence issues

- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
