Scrum Master

We are currently working closely alongside a fintech company who are seeking a Scrum Master that will working alongside a highly skilled team to deliver their product across millions of users around the world. You would need to demonstrate your agile knowledge to really drive this team in order to increase productivity and product quality. As an organization, they specialize in developing and bringing to market, next generation and cutting-edge software applications.

Applicants for this role must have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and will be looking to work in a truly agile team.

The key skills we are looking for are as followed:
* Supervise, manage and lead the Agile process
* Coach teams on SCRUM/Agile
* Coordinate daily activities, resolve impediments and makes sure the Teams are fully functional
* Organise and facilitate meetings (Sprint Planning/Review/Retrospective/Stand-ups)
* Plan and track tasks and activities
* Report progress/challenges to Management
* Manage the documentation of the design and work products
* Perform regular 1-2-1s with team.
* Planning and working flexibly to a deadline

The Scrum Master must be able to comprehend complex issues and pro-actively propose solutions. The working environment is very dynamic, requiring constant updating of technical knowledge.

Any applicants for this will ideally have;

* Experience as a Scrum Master in a team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
* Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
* Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques such as: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing etc
