Support Work Assistant
Bridgend and Maesteg
£8.71 per hour

We are looking for a Support Work Assistant who is seeking a rewarding job providing housing related support for tenants and residents who have mental health issues and/or additional support needs.

The ideal candidate will have a sound working knowledge of the benefits and housing system and experience in working with people who have mental health issues. However full training and support is provided with this role.This role will be based in the Cardiff area, so use of a car is essential.

This is a fixed term contract up until December 2019 working 36 hours per week.

Where You’ll Be Working

This post will be covering Bridgend and Maesteg and you must have a full and valid driving licence and use of a vehicle. Hafod Care provides accommodation and housing-related support for a wide range of people with varying levels of support needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the specialist help and support they need.Many of the people we house and support find it difficult to maintain a tenancy independently. We are well equipped to offer the help and support people need in order to maximise their independence.
