Smart Solutions are currently seeking experienced Mig and Tig welders to join our successful client based in Newport.

* To complete Work Instructions without supervision
* To follow safe working practices, wear the supplied PPE and comply with all Health & Safety rules
* To manufacture relevant product according to the technical drawings with minimal supervision
* To record the diagonal dimensions on the drawing supplied for each module
* To carry out instructions as directed by your Team Leader/Supervisor/Line Manager
* To participate in any training, as directed by the Company
* To maintain greater than a 95% utilization level
* To maintain a high degree of quality and generate less than 2% scrap

Working Hours are 7am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 5pm Friday.

This position will be based in Newport for training and then move to our clients site in Merthyr Tydfill.

Mig and Tig Experience is essential
