We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in delivering housing related support to people on our projects in the Caerphilly Borough. Our Pobl teams provide support to people to develop the key skills needed to prevent homelessness, to settle in the community and achieve positive progression. What is special about this opportunity?

Our New Horizons project works with medium to low level offenders to encourage them to deal with issues that may threaten their homes including improving budgeting skills, addressing debts, maximising income through appropriate benefits or entering employment, life skills and household management, accessing support with alcohol or substance misuse, mental and physical health and wellbeing and anti-social behaviour. You will use a multi-agency approach to support so will need excellent networking skills.

This is a full-time permanent post at 37 hours a week.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
