Are you a recent graduate or about to graduate with a degree in one of the following subjects: Business Management, Business Studies, International Business, Business Economics, Geography, History, etc. looking for your first role in industry?

Our client is a leading global manufacturing company located between Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay who has invested heavily in their South Wales site over the last ten years. They offer secure and stable employment as a leader in their field and you will work as part of a diverse team making use of your skills in data analysis, report writing, customer service and data entry.

There are currently 2 roles available based within different offices. One is more commercially focused providing analytical and administrative support to the department and the other is providing support to the purchasing department. Both roles will be working general office hours Monday to Friday and both have FREE onsite parking available onsite.

Responsibilities will include:

* Entering data into internal systems to maintain up to date customer and supplier records
* Generating a variety of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
* Using the company MRP/ERP system and various Microsoft Office packages to ensure data within the business is accurate
* Resolving any queries raised by either internal or external customers
* Carrying out a variety of general administrative duties as required.

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Degree qualified in a field such as business management, business studies, international business, business economics, geography, history, etc.
* Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
* The ability to use some of the more advanced features (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) within Microsoft EXCEL
* Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
* Previous experience in producing reports or analysing data as part of your studies
* Previous experience gained within an administrative or customer service role is advantageous

In return, you will receive a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 + pension, healthcare, free onsite parking etc.
