We are looking for a dependable and dedicated Maintenance Person who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our extra care schemes.The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the home and grounds maintained to an excellent standard.This is an interesting and varied role within a modern building and will involve maintenance work to include (but not limited to) carpentry repairs, painting/decorating, changing lamps and bulbs, window/path cleaning, minor concrete and masonry repairs.The post holder will also have responsibility for the routine testing and checks such as fire alarm call points, emergency light test switches and water temperature monitoring among others.

This is a permanent role working 36 hours per week.
