What is special about this opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join Pobl teams within the offenders and youth hubs. This is a varied role where you will be working across 5 supported housing projects in the Carmarthenshire area.

As a Support Worker, you will inspire, challenge and enable people to lead successful and independent lives. You will work flexibly as part of a team to develop, implement and review support plans based on individual needs, preferences and aspirations.

You will contribute to the success of the Pobl Group, which is moving from strength to strength see Being part of this is highly rewarding.

This is a permanent post. Actual salary for 24 hours per week is £12,392 raising to £12,776 after successfully completing 6 months-probation period.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.

  • Gain a QCF Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care

  • You will be flexible with your working hours to meet the needs of the service users including evenings and weekends
