Basic: salary starting at £22,000 per annum, rising to £23,500 per annum plus car uplift equating to £1,800 per annum with option to exchange this for a company car after successful completion of 6 month probationary period.

Additional benefits: generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme and more. Starting total Reward Package, up to, £26,700 per annum.

Taking on a multi-dimensional role, the opportunity advisor will be responsible for the recruitment of new learners onto programmes, providing learners with a variety of high quality placement opportunities and supporting learners to positively progress at the end of their learning programme.

You will support our young people (youth/young adults) by providing relevant advice, guidance and support at multiple stages of the learner journey.

The role is primarily based at Caerphilly Skills Academy however frequent visits to our Newport Skills Centre are also required dependent on learner need.

This role fits within the Traineeship department reporting to the Regional Manager.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required as frequent travel is to be expected.
