Rapid Response Care Worker 

£9 p/h

1st Grade Care is one of the largest independent home care providers in Cardiff, we provide our services from the deepest valleys of Neath to the highest heads of Newport.

We are currently looking to recruit a team of rapid response care workers to work in the below areas:

  • Cardiff
  • Newport
  • Vale of Glamorgan
  • Neath

You would join our Cardiff Bay branch, and be allocated your own region of responsibility, you will work closely with your regional area planner, your role would involve you providing back up care and support on a shift basis, under a permanent / set hour contract.

We have morning and/or evening shift patterns available, you must do at least two shifts per week:

  • 07:00am to 13:00pm
  • 16:00pm to 22:00pm

The role involves providing care and support to the elderly within the community, therefore a driving license and access to your own car is essential, mileage allowances are paid on top of the hourly rate, when not proving care, you will be in the office providing support to your area planner or field care supervisors.
