Income Management Officer

We have a full time opportunity to join our team based at the Kingsway in Swansea. You’ll have the support of an established team, but also the chance to get involved in a period of chance as we evolve the Pobl Homes & Communities way of working and to shape the way we manage income collection in future

How can I make a difference?

The role is crucial and rewarding, as you’ll manage rent accounts, to and will ensure that income from rent/service charges is maximised for the organisation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can evidence experience of managing rent accounts within the social housing sector and who understands the needs of social housing tenants. You will also have experience of working with other teams and agencies to address the needs of customers. You will be focussed on achieving the right outcomes for tenants and the organisation. You will be a strong team worker who can work under pressure, solve problems creatively, communicate well and be flexible and proactive. For this role you'll need access to a vehicle for work.
