•Mechanical Engineer will elaborate predictive and preventive maintenance plans, as well as introduce the relevant techniques and records.
• You will be responsible for applying and ensuring the applicable environmental and safety regulations and statutory inspections.Strong Mechanical Reliability Engineering experience is essential

• You will need to analyse reliability performance (setting KPIs) in order to identify opportunities for improvement via Root Cause Problem Solving and other continuous improvement techniques.
• You will provide technical support and perform fault analyses in collaboration with the rest of maintenance, engineering and team.
• You will follow up on the engineering department's projects in the context of the maintainability and standardisation of components.

• You must have an engineering degree (with a solid background in mechanical engineering)
• You need to have at least three years of experience in a similar position.
• You must have a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance tools (Root Cause Problem Solving, RCA, RCM, CBM, ATEX, HACCP). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• You should be highly analytical and your approach to work needs to be structured and project-based.
• Your attitude and approach should be pragmatic and hands-on.
• You need to be communicative and capable of coaching people.
• You should be a team player and able to facilitate and help in terms of coordinating collaborations between departments.

Working Pattern will be on a days regular basis 8.20 am – 4.30 (Mon – Fri) although flexibility may be required.
Salary – £32-40,000+bonus Negotiable depending on experience, plus benefits: Company Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Group Life Assurance,25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Travel to work from Cardiff, Pontypridd, Caerphilly, Aberdare, Newport, Merthyr ,Bridgend,Swansea
