Energy Saving Trust - Programme Support Officer

Position Ref No: GN 213

Location: Cathedral Road, Cardiff

Salary: £16,400 - £18,500 p.a. depending on experience.

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Cardiff office to provide support in health and safety, sustainability, reporting and general office management.

Your main responsibilities will be to support programme managers to ensure they: have all necessary information and equipment, process financial data, provide regular reports and maintain office awareness of ISO standards in the work being delivered. This post will manage the Cardiff office facilities, including liaising with building management, purchasing office supplies and coordinate health and safety activities.

Your ability to plan and prioritise work is essential in this busy environment, along with demonstrated effective communication skills enabling you to deliver a high standard of customer service. Overall, business administration skills, an interest in office facilities and a good knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Excel, will underpin the successful delivery of this role. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable dealing with people at all levels, including visitors, contractors and senior managers.
