We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Development Officer to help in the delivery of our ambitious development programme. You will have a firm commitment to affordable
housing with relevant experience of working in communities and regenerating the physical

You must have an eye for detail and be a team player. You will be innovative and positive in your approach to challenge, growth and development.

We manage over 1300 homes and have a clear ambition for growth. We want you to join us to explore new methods of construction and differing affordable housing tenures.

Company Description

Taff was established in 1975 to purchase and refurbish inner city homes that had fallen into poor condition.

Today it is a successful community based Housing Association with over 1200 homes in the Canton, Fairwater, Grangetown, Riverside and Butetown areas of Cardiff, as well as specialist supported housing projects for young women in Roath and Canton. Our Head Office, Alexandra House, is located in Canton, within easy reach for our Tenants. Taff is one of the best performing Housing Associations in Wales.
In addition to our landlord role, we are major support providers, having secured contracts from a number of local authorities in South East Wales. Taff is committed to equality of opportunity, and is keen to promote diversity in employment and service delivery.

Our strengths include specialist housing and support for BME communities, working with young women and their babies, family support, floating support for older people, and high level ‘forensic’ support.
