Do you have outstanding customer service skills? Have you successfully managed a team? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Holiday Sales Manager to join the wonderful Team at Trecco Bay Holiday Park based in Porthcawl, Wales.

Reporting to the General Manager the successful person will be required to oversee a first class Holiday Sales experience for all guest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Parks Holiday accommodation ensuring maximisation of opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Managing effectively a budget for holiday sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.
  • Keeping up to date and communicating any key business or function specific incentives to your team in a consistent and positive way.
  • Ensuring that all guest accommodation is prepared and all welcome packs are ready prior to guests checking-in.
  • Effectively out-bounding potential guests and future guests to increase holiday sales, upgrades, extensions and provide team with accurate information on Park of holiday offers available.
  • Leading the team to ensure the Holiday Sales department on Park meets their daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators).

The successful Person will:

  • Ideally have previous experience working within a Holiday Park or the Hospitality industry.
  • Have experience of working within a reservation/checking-in function.
  • Have first class customer service skills.
  • Be comfortable leading, developing and motivating a team.
