SW06 Support Worker Monmouthshire

£20,858.00 per annum Permanent Position

Full time Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week plus on call one week in nine.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established Floating Support team servicing our clients in the Monmouthshire area. The post, will provide a high level of housing related support to people living in their own homes. You will be required to help people build on their strengths and support them to achieve their goals to maintain their independent living skills in partnership with colleagues and other agencies. You will need to be confident enough to deliver a high quality service, while ensuring safety and wellbeing is at the forefront of service delivery.

A driving licence is a necessity due to the area you would be covering around Monmouthshire.
