We are looking for a new member of the Asset Team to carry out our routine estate inspections, raise works orders and ensure works are carried out to a high standard.

Linc Cymru are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our asset management team. Reporting directly to the Senior Asset Manager, you will form part of a team dedicated to ensuring that Linc meets all areas of building compliance and Estates maintained to the highest standards.

Experience within the social housing and care sector is desirable, although experience from a similar sector such as maintenance or facilities will be considered. You must be suitably qualified as outlined in the person specification. Access to your own vehicle and a clean UK driver’s licence is essential. A Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check will be conducted upon offer to the successful candidate.

You will be managing the inspection and servicing contracts and assisting in the design and implementation of quality control measures. You will also line manage a compliance technician.

You will carry out routine Estate Inspections, raise works orders and ensure works are carried out to a high standard.

Attention to detail in the preparation and delivery of contract documentation and ensuring that compliance logbooks and other essential documentation is completed accurately is key to this job.

Ideally you will have experience with mechanical or electrical systems and the desire to achieve perfection in this essential area of compliance.

You will have excellent communication skills to work positively with tenants, residents, contractors and fellow professionals. You must be able to work unsupervised and present a positive, pro-active approach to problem solving. A high level of aptitude with IT will be essential as Linc approach is changing to “digital first” in all that we do.
