Welsh speaking Health & Social Care Assessor

Starting salary: £22,500 per annum, Generous Holiday Package, Contributory Pension Scheme, Contribution to Health & Wellbeing, Car uplift of £1800 per annum with option to exchange this for a company car after successful completion of 6 month probationary period. Total Reward package up to £27,000 per annum.

Base: Field based with caseload of learners being in and around the Powys area

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours: Full time (37 hours)

We are looking for a Welsh speaking, passionate individual who will support learners within the workplace in achieving relevant Frameworks. The role involves assessing learners and delivering workshops based around the Level 2-3 QCF in Health and Social Care and Essential Skills through the medium of Welsh and English. You will be responsible for a caseload of learners ensuring timely achievement of Apprenticeship qualifications.

The role is field based covering the Powys area and fits within the Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Route reporting to the Apprenticeships Manager.

Applicants will have prior experience of working within a health and/or social care environment and will hold an occupational based qualification.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required as frequent travel to other ACT centres may be expected.
