Job Elements: -

·Identification of all possible Contract Opportunities from OJEU (OJEC) and associated notification sites, and other Commercial sources.

·Monitor and maintain contracts & tenders email in-box.

·Complete and submit tenders for the Public & Private Sectors.

·Identify and develop Contract Opportunities in Public Sector and related sectors.

·Liaise with other departments and Customers to enable the smooth implementation of Contracts and the on-going management of all aspects of Contracts.

·Liaise with the finance and customer service functions, to monitor levels of Contract business, customer service, credit control and pricing details.

·Proactively identify new opportunities.

·Administer e procurement site registrations, alerts and submissions.

·Track all bid and tender activity and outcomes through an effective electronic recording & analysis system.

·Maintain a library of current & accurate corporate information for inclusion in tenders. To create engaging and compelling bid responses.

·Ensure that Pre-Qualification stages are completed neatly, accurately and to set deadlines and presented according to corporate standards and styles.

·Ensure that post-tender client feedback is obtained & recorded.

The ideal candidate will have: -

·Extensive experience in the preparation of Contract Submissions and Management of Contracts to the Public Sector.

·Experience of writing Bids and tender documents.

·Ideally extensive experience in the Commercial/Industrial Supplies market.

·Highly IT literate and good presentation skills

·Excellent organisational skills.

·Excellent communication skills.

·Experience within Office procurement, Office supplies market and project management is advantageous.

·This role would ideally suit a graduate.
