Role of the Community Safety Assistant...

The Community Safety Assistant will provide administrative support to Linc’s Community Safety and Empowerment Team. You will provide advice and support and carry out risk assessments with victims of anti-social behaviour.

You will need to keep detailed records and assist the Housing team in managing their anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.

What Skills Do You Need To Have...

You should be flexible, empathetic, highly organised and able to prioritise conflicting demands.

A team player, you must be able to interact with colleagues, tenants and external agencies and be IT literate including using Microsoft Office packages.  You will need to drive for Linc business purposes and have access to a vehicle insured for business use.

A DBS check will be required for this role.
