An interesting vacancy for a Contract Management Assistant has arisen within Gwalia.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
This is a 35 hour per week post.
You will be responsible for providing both practical and administrative support mainly to the Property Management Officers and Repairs Manager. You will assist colleagues in the administration of Contracts, the management of the performance of Contractors and in developing relationships with customers and tenants. The duties will be those necessary for effective information management and communication, efficient workflow processing in Open Housing, secretarial and administrative support to the team, and the maintenance and enhancement of project management and control systems of manual and electronic nature.
Based in Swansea this role offers a competitive salary of £19,300 per annum and you will work 35 hours per week.
