Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk Required
Salary of circa £20,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part time basis to join their busy team.
Main duties to include -
* Matching, batching and coding of invoices (high volume)
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Payment Runs
* Inputting invoices onto accounting system
* Bank Reconciliations
* Statement Reconciliations
* Petty cash
You will need to be proficient with excel spreadsheets and be able to manage large volumes of work. Ideally you will have experience of using Sage Line 50.
The team is well established and would suit someone who can quickly fit in and build rapport.
