Centric Recruitment are seeking a casual receptionist for a prestigious global company in the Tredegar area
The Receptionist role will be to provide an exceptional level of customer service when answering calls and meeting and greeting clients.
The role will include:-
Meeting and greeting all visitors and recording visitors attending site
Answering phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls via switchboard
Dealing with post, deliveries, couriers and arrangements relating to fleet cars and travel
Assisting with office admin utilising MS packages (outlook/word/excel etc.)
Booking meeting rooms and maintaining the reception area
Other duties as required
Will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths and English
Must have a high level of verbal and written skills
Attention to detail, organisation and planning is essential
Must be well presented in appearance and professional at all times
You must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Be Proficient in MS office applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.
