Senior Customer Consultant of the Ebbw Vale branch on a FTC for 12 months. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and the purpose of this role is to operate as part of a wider distribution team, delivering outstanding service to members to support Recommended Every Day (RED) ethos.
As Senior Customer Consultant you are at the heart of your local community and offer a friendly and professional point of contact to customers.
You will build relationships in order to better understand the customer requirements and compliantly offer and provide products and services that are tailored to their needs.
You will deputise and carry out agreed Management responsibilities when required.
Salary and Benefits
� Basic salary from £16791.00
� Hours Monday to Friday 9-5 and able to work Saturdays (TOIL)

Knowledge and Skills required
� Previous experience in a retail environment, customer services or financial services
� Ability to identify and understand customers needs to obtain the right customer outcome
� Experience in meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
� Proven track record in delivering against objectives
� Experience of using customer databases/systems
� Strong community spirit
� Ability to speak Welsh
