You will be responsible for assisting the Customer Oversight MI Manager in assessing the quality and completeness of all oversight related matters across the customer directorate.
To administer "breach" processes that cover policy, procedure and regulation.
You will adhere to set regulatory guidelines and the society's policy and procedure manuals in order to ensure that the customer outcome is at the heart of all quality assurance activity.
Key accountability to include supporting the senior management team with the administration of risk across their distribution and providing admin support and reporting of all breaches of policy, process and procedure.
