If so….this may well be the role for you, starting salary of �16,640 to �18,000 with an opportunity to earn up to �2000 per annum in commission, this role is a great mixture of service and sales.
We are currently looking for people who would be interested in working as a sales through service advisor for a great branded company in Cardiff. You will be the first point of contact for anyone who has a query or question in relation to their gas or electric.
- Accurately recording customer information
- Providing details of any promotions or offers on their account
- Data entry.
- Providing support on every call.
- Empathy, resilience and patience with each customer.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with different types of people.
- A strong telephone manner and ability to handle challenging phone calls.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

It is not essential to have a background knowledge in sales and call centre, but some customer service knowledge is preferred.
Hours of work will be shifts between Monday to Sunday from 6.45am to 11pm, you must be able to be fully flexible to work between the above hours.
The pay rate for this position ranges between �8.00 and �9.50 dependent on time of the shift. This is a permanent, full-time position within a friendly and supportive team.
Full paid training will be provided.
Start dates November and December 2016.
