Our client in the Neath Port Talbot area is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a temporary basis for around 3 months. The role is paying £8.57 an hour + holiday pay and the hours are 8.30 to 5 Monday to Friday.
You will have experience of Purchase Ordering and invoicing, duties to include:
* Code and check invoices
* Work out VAT payments
* Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
* Check and reconcile supplier statements
* File invoices and statements
* Deal with purchase enquiries
* Process staff expenses
Excel skills required, systems experience and used to working in a small team.
