To ensure material supply is forecasted and purchased in accordance with customer demand.
To analyse the customer forecast to review material position.
To ensure material components are sourced on time to meet production and customer demand.
To ensure sourced materials are booked in accurately and on time.
To respond to all customer queries relating to the order progress.
To proactively build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
To produce weekly charts and reports as required.
To assist in general departmental administration requirements.
To maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
Performs other related departmental duties as assigned by the Department Manager/Department Supervisor including providing cover for other colleagues as required.
Proven attention to detail.
Flexibility & adaptability.
Demonstrated experience in constantly driving improvement.
Communication (both written & verbal).
